M.Metin Kaya

M. Metin Kaya (b. January 1, 1955) is a retired Judge. He graduated from Vefa High School and graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1978. He started his career as a candidate judge in Istanbul; He worked as a prosecutor in various provinces and districts. He served as an Investigating Judge of the Supreme Court of Appeals and Deputy Secretary General of the Supreme Court of Appeals until 2004, and was elected as a member of the Supreme Court of Appeals on July 19, 2004. He served as a member of the 1st Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Appeals, a member of the 3rd Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Appeals and the 10th Criminal Judge of Ankara.
